Family Time That Matters | Richmond VA Weekend with Purpose

In this episode, we take you on a meaningful weekend in Richmond, Virginia. We intentionally focused on creating family bonds through shared experiences, connection to history, and celebration of legacy—values at the heart of both family and business.

Our weekend included a powerful moment visiting the Mayo Bridge, where we saw a Civil War-era quote from a family member engraved on a marker — a humbling reminder of our roots. We explored Hollywood Cemetery through a scavenger hunt that sparked curiosity, teamwork, and storytelling, as well as lessons on family history.

We also immersed ourselves in creativity at the Van Gogh Experience, dined together over a Wagyu steak dinner, and even had a choreographed dance lesson — something fun and totally out of the ordinary that helped us laugh, move, and connect in a new way.

We closed the weekend with a toast using engraved family glasses, a symbol of the moments and memories we’re building — and the legacy we’re carrying forward in life and family enterprise.

Whether you’re a family in business together or simply looking for ways to deepen connection, we hope this video inspires you to create meaningful time with your own family.
